Ross went out of his way to find the right place for us, going beyond the usual MLS listing routine, using his indepth knowledge of the Miami Beach real estate market and network. The perfect beach house happened to be an upcoming foreclosure that was in wait of legal processing. Since we were overseas buyers from Europe this would normally be an unrealistic scenario to pursue. Together, we laid out our plan, we engaged an escrow lawyer, mobilized the funds, and were ready to strike for a quick no-risk-to-the-sellers close when things would eventually happen. So it did. The entire process took about 6 months, during which Ross took care of everything, managing the bidding process, closing formalities, technical inspection and full legal documentation, even facilitating approval of the homeowners association. Frankly, if you are from overseas and really serious about wanting to buy in Miami Beach, I cannot imagine a more effective and reliable real estate agent. When we returned to Miami Beach we were the proud owners of our new place under the sun. Truly a dream come true.
